Atul Garg has devoted the past decade and a half to overseeing technical operations within prestigious media organisations. An engineer by training, he has contributed to the successful launch of over a dozen television and digital channels.

Beginning his career at Network18, one of India’s foremost media conglomerates, Atul continued to refine his skills as a broadcast engineer with the ABP Group. Subsequently, he took on the challenge of launching Focus TV at F7 Broadcast, and later, as a senior member of Planetcast Media Services, he played a pivotal role in the launch of several Viacom18 channels.

Since joining the BBC in 2017, Atul has been integral to numerous ambitious projects, such as ISWOTY (Indian Sportswoman Of The Year), the G20 summit in New Delhi as well as the Combating Fake News. His commitment to innovation has been evident in his instrumental role in the introduction of digital streaming channels and shows in BBC World Service.

He is committed to delivering high-quality results in digital and television output and excels in troubleshooting IT, production, and broadcast issues. Atul is committed to applying his expertise from engineering to corporate events to enhance CNR and BBC operations in the future.
